=head1 NAME
ngx_http_autoindex_module - Module ngx_http_autoindex_module
=head1
The C<ngx_http_autoindex_module> module processes requests
ending with the slash character (‘C<E<sol>>’) and produces
a directory listing.
Usually a request is passed to the C<ngx_http_autoindex_module>
module when the
L<ngx_http_index_module|ngx_http_index_module> module
cannot find an index file.
=head1 Example Configuration
location / {
autoindex on;
}
=head1 Directives
=head2 autoindex
B<syntax:> autoindex I<C<on> E<verbar> C<off>>
B<default:> I<off>
B<context:> I<http>
B<context:> I<server>
B<context:> I<location>
Enables or disables the directory listing output.
=head2 autoindex_exact_size
B<syntax:> autoindex_exact_size I<C<on> E<verbar> C<off>>
B<default:> I<on>
B<context:> I<http>
B<context:> I<server>
B<context:> I<location>
For the HTML format,
specifies whether exact file sizes should be output in the directory listing,
or rather rounded to kilobytes, megabytes, and gigabytes.
=head2 autoindex_format
B<syntax:> autoindex_format I<
C<html> E<verbar>
C<xml> E<verbar>
C<json> E<verbar>
C<jsonp>>
B<default:> I<html>
B<context:> I<http>
B<context:> I<server>
B<context:> I<location>
This directive appeared in version 1.7.9.
Sets the format of a directory listing.
When the JSONP format is used, the name of a callback function is set
with the C<callback> request argument.
If the argument is missing or has an empty value,
then the JSON format is used.
The XML output can be transformed using the
L<ngx_http_xslt_module|ngx_http_xslt_module> module.
=head2 autoindex_localtime
B<syntax:> autoindex_localtime I<C<on> E<verbar> C<off>>
B<default:> I<off>
B<context:> I<http>
B<context:> I<server>
B<context:> I<location>
For the HTML format,
specifies whether times in the directory listing should be
output in the local time zone or UTC.
